Week 1 is finito! Only another 7-11 weeks remain to 6 pack stardom - depending upon the laws of process.
My opinion is that week 1 was a mild success. I have successfully laid the foundations of a winning fat lass plan.
My plan is to taper my food intake a little more this week and add an extra 5 mins to every cardio session ugggh. Although I respect cardio and the giant benefits it can bring to the table, it's mind numbingly fruitless on the mental scale of things. Granted I could spice this up with some other forms of cardio - But I will stick with the reliable indoor exercise bike as choice. I used to enjoy skipping, but Im not a gambling man, skipping outdoors in November? psssh.
I should lose another 1 or 2 this week, any more than 2 lbs and something is wrong. This is a lean mass preservation game, Huge "Weight Watchers" style losses are NOT the plan! Lean mass stays, fat goes. quite the opposite of Dr Atkins whom will have you loosing huge ammounts of both.
