Day6: The weekend is here

My Saturday is not to dissimilar from that of every other guy who works a 9-5 Monday-Friday. The morning is typically spent up in bed, recuperating from a gruelling week of exercise - Not so this morning - I was up and out of bed at 6:30AM, excited as an 8 year old at christmas for it was my first time up at a local gun clubs shooting range.

As a well versed master of the understatement, If I was pushed for 2 words to describe today's proceedings, I would choose BLOODY MARVELLOUS! My time spent with the guys was thoroughly enjoyable - Everyone was polite and accommodating to a fresh face on the range, No shortage of advice, tips and generous offers to try my hand at firing a multitude of rifles ranging from Buffalo stopping Sharpe's rifles to Ex SAS snipers. Phenomenal!

With respect to anonymity, I would like to thank the hosts for having me along! Big thumbs up.

How about my training. Im going to visit the gym tomorrow to mop up some cardio and abs.

Diet today has been clean upto this point as usual. However Im treating myself to a takeaway soon enough. Its going to be enjoyed! Every mouthful will be chewed and better chewed until no grub remains.
