Day9: The word on the street

As I promised, 35 mins on the exercise bike upon waking this morning. I may of may not have mentioned already the inclusion of my BCAA and Glutamine mix that I sip on twice Each day/night. I like to make a 1 litre sports bottle up of sugar free cordial with 5g BCAA's and 5g L-Glutamine. I pre prepare this before bed and drink it when I get up to visit the loo during the night (usually 2-5AM). The next batch is created before morning cardio and is sipped on during said event. This is carried out purely as a way to put a stopper in muscle catabolism, thats muscle breakdown to us common folk.

Considering I do my morning cardio on an empy stomach, I do not like the idea of using muscle tissue for fuel! Im sure you would feel the same.

Low intensity - Exercise bike - 35Mins

Bloody Krypton factor was on TV again! Im going to drop kick Challenge TV if they don't push Ninja warrior another 30mins forward to cover my cardio time.
