Here be the diet of the day.
a little less on the intake today. Im didn't plan less than 300g of protein though!! That will be addressed in tomorrows offerings.
I will stick with something similar to this during the remainder of the week and take stock of my composition at the end of the week. Its like this ladies and gentlemen
Input -> Process -> Output!
As simple as that... Depending on the output, the diet and or training is adjusted to suit!
