2 Good workouts and 1 fair showing. The dreaded legs day was upon me tonight! Have you ever tired squatting til you rot after a heavy deadlifting session from the previous workout? It doesn't work too good! I will be re-ordering this in the weeks to come so I can leave maximun distance between Deads and squats - Both exercises are of great importance to me.

No abs tonight as the gym was closing early. I will visit Sunday morning for some cardio and ab work.
Forgive my petty squatting numbers, I wont blow and smoke up anyones ass with any excuses of old knee injuries or weak ankles. I simply neglected this move in favour of the easier leg press! Nobody likes squatting because its hard, I have now seen the error of my ways. Im hoping to improve on squats every week and get my strength upto speed on them, cutting diet or not!
I need an early night as I need to be up at 6:30AM for shooting. Iv'e never blasted a real gun before and am thankfull for the oppertunity to do so in a safe and controlled enviroment thanks to some friends of the family.
