Day13: Headaches and num nums.

Saturdays in the gym still take some getting used too, No longer are Saturday mornings about lazing in bed until silly O'clock dreaming of not being on a rigorous diet. As such I managed to throw my ass out of my flea pit and into the gym this morning. Cardio and abs were on the cards... All on an empty stomach. It was hard but satisfying.


Cardio - 35 mins on Heavy exercise bike. Low intensity, setting 2 - 80-90RPM.


Abs

Cable Crunches - 3 sets of 20

Workset 1 - 20 x 55Kg
Workset 2 - 20 x 60Kg
Workset 3 - 20 x 65Kg

Hanging Knee Raises - 3 sets of 10

Workset 1 - 10 x 5Kg
Workset 2 - 10 x 5Kg
Workset 3 - 10 x 5Kg

Decline Crunches - 2 sets of 20

Workset 1 - 12 x Bw
Workset 2 - 12 x Bw

shortchange myself from OK - I made a boo boo with respect to the decline crunches. I managed to successfullylast week. No quarrels however as I excelled at my other exercises. The Cable crunches took the wind right out of my sails early on in the abs session. Overall, it was another good session.


sparse meals at my stomach all day in order to keep the furnace ticking over until later this evening. Yes, Lets talk a little on well being! My head is falling of my shoulders today with a headache. I attribute this to low fluids and or blood sugar. I have been firing small protein packed but carb sparse meals at my stomach today to no avail, Im hungry and irritable.

Luckily I'm eating out tonight to celebrate my Engagement to my lovely lady friend. I intend to eat a fair sized meal and probably ignore any veggies that come anywhere near my plate!! Something yummy and filling will be on the cards to top up the tanks for next weeks punishing push closer to lean-ness. Thanks be to at least 1 regular meal everyweek to bring my back to the land of the living!
