Its gone, its done - finished!
Week 2 is officialy closed for business - onto week 3 i suppose. But before we head onto week 3 - Im going to reflect on week 2. the good, the bad?
I can say it did its job - Im more depleted now than I have been so far on my cut. I feel wafer thin, It's like I have been sucked dry by a vampire. Im feeling the cold alot more, Im ALWAYS hungry, even after eating! It sucks.
I managed to lose a good couple of lbs last week of what should hopefully contsain some ugly bodyfat from some region of my body (plz be love handles). Im going to update my weight tracker once this is posted to reflect the changes. Thew increase in cardio and slight decrease in intake has seemed to do the trick - I will up stick woth the same diet this week and up the cardio to 40 mins to keep the fires burning.
I really enjoyed a thin and crispy chicken pizza and a fishbowl cocktail on Saturday night in celebration of my Engagement. It was the first time in the last couple of weeks I have felt content with lack of hunger - Im going to up the veggies this week to fill the gaping hole.
