Stick a notch on the post, another leg day has been slayed! Each leg day laid waste by me is miraculous personal achievement as I like many other before (and undoubtedly to come) neglected leg days in the past. Lets face it, they are as fun as sticking a 9v battery in your mouth and closing it!
Im slooowly gaining momentum with my squats. Slowly! Im playing catchup and i know it. Im sure the benefits from a mighty squat will be impressive to say the least. I could use the extra strength and mass that they will bring to the table.
Im starting to flatten out ever so slightly as glycogen stores (stored carbs) are getting used as the fuel tank is emptying. I find myself staring at food and tasting it in my mind, Foods like Chicken Kormas, Burgers, Fries and Pizzas do the rounds in my head from time to time. I miss shovelling a pack of malteasers and skittles into my mouth and chowing down... Jeez don't think about those skittles! I will admit im building up a small reservoir in the bottom of my mouth as Imagine the fruity taste... Why do I torture myself? Must think brocolli, must think cauliflower!!
