Day2: MF Parkour Session + Diet

I popped in some sneaky extra exercise tonight in the form of parkour. Whilst I don't consider Parkour practice as cardio, I do factor it into my diet. Using the same TKD (Targeted Ketogenic Diet) approach I use elsewhere in my diet, I ensure any carbohydrate intake is used and not abused during this cut by placing CHO in and around times when energy turnover is high.

I have no doubt that my performance in parkour could possibly dip as the cut gets more strict in terms of calorific intake. Energy levels will be effected. Lets play this one by ear!

A tremendous showing tonight from my fellow Midnight Flight brother, Mr Boglin. I was more than impressed with his progress in Konging various objects! Well in lad!
