The Big hand on the clock is almost resting on 3 and the little hand on 10. Im participating in the worst and sometimes unavoidable sport known to bloke kind - Clock watching! Im not bored... im just embracing the first little taster of a reduced calorie diet. My feet feel heavy in my shoes and my head burdensome upon my neck, another 30 mins and perhaps a little respite can be achieved from my next meal - Im clock watching and 30 mins is my sentence.
I would very much like to have an earlier night in bed tonight, to make up for the irritable sleep I suffered during my last slumber. Mostly due to trips to the toilet. Though I would curse the trip with one hand, I will caress it with the other, As I utilise this nagging break in sleep to consume a ready made drink consisting of 5g Branched chain amino acids (BCAA's) and 5g of L-Glutamine. Both ingredients designed to keep my body out of the Catabolic, muscle eating red whilst I dream about 12" pizzas and Chip Butties!
As I work during the day, hunger pangs are starting to have a nibble on me. Please bare in mind I typically consume 4000-4500 Kcals daily as opposed to 3200Kcals.
