I would like to put a personal shout out to the farmers of olde for helping me right my retched body clock. Too long have I been roughly 1 hour out of sync, not being able to get to sleep at any reasonable hour and certainly not being able to get my arse out of bed in time for a morning cardiosesh. Impeccable timing! All considered, twas 7:10AM when I threw myself from the comforts of a warm bed into a cold room.
Morning Cardio - introductory session:
30 mins low intensity on the Bad Lad (my exercise bike)
If time permitted I would have stretched it to 35 mins, but thanks to the untimely calling of the gas blokey to probe the meter (He was un-naturally happy for the time of day). I was short on time.
