Day4: Wanted: WD40 or similar

Back, Forearms, Biceps and Legs - All the bodyparts which pain me with DOMS at this moment in time. DOMS stands for Delayed onset muscle soreness. Basically the lovely soreness you get the day after a good blasting in the gym! I personally blame the deadlifts.

Creativity in the kitchen will be freed shortly in the form of homemade Turkey burgers. This is a first for me as I'm a self confessed lousy cook! Ingredients are as follows:

500g Minced Turkey breast
1 Diced small onion
black pepper + Cajun spice
1-2 Egg whites for binding.

It's going to get messy!

Cooking aside, the hardest part of these past 4 days is choice of meals, What to choose and when. Im trying but failing at being creative with my meals. On a brighter note, I've eaten fairly clean so far. And I have managed to get away without blending cottage cheese up for a drink! Also, any cravings for fast food are diminishing fast. No longer do I walk past the Deli counter in the supermarket and think twice about buying Tikka pakoras, fresh pasties and Chicken nuggets!! Cmon, you know how hard it is to go grocery shopping and avoid all the Treats. Pizza's must be left on the shelves, chocolate too. This has to be the case for the average Joe if they want to get into shape.
