And it was done!
The workout has came and gone. Another victory scribbled down for me! I managed to excel last weeks performance in most exercises. This is astonishing given the fact im cutting. Its not uncommon, but still, its fabulous. Im pleased again with this session, Lets hope I can keep this up when the going gets a little tougher.

Workset1 - 10 x 35Kg
Workset2 - 10 x 35Kg
